WHAT ARE FINGERWEIGHTS?
FingerWeights are a training and warmup device that incorporate the basic principles of progressive resistance training targeting the fine motor muscles in the fingers and hands. FingerWeights users will improve their gentle range of motion, endurance, flexibility, dexterity, precision, and finesse. Whether you're suffering from a finger/hand injury, a repetitive motion injury like Carpal Tunnel or Tendonitis, or you're simply a musician, athlete, or gamer looking for that edge, FingerWeights are for you. However, FingerWeights WILL NOT increase its user’s talent level, or necessarily make them better at their chosen activity. Just like an amateur musician won’t become Jimmy Hendrix just because they bought a Fender Stratocaster, or an amateur basketball player won't become the GOAT just because they bought a pair of "J's..." FingerWeights are a training tool meant to aid the process, not solve the equation. The Original FingerWeight incorporates 10, 20, 30 gram adjustable resistance per fingers, and is designed with a three arm clasp for less intense motion.
The Flex FingerWeight incorporates 10, 20, 30 gram adjustable resistance per fingers, and utilizes a strap design for more intense motion.
IS TRAINING WITH FINGERWEIGHTS RIGHT FOR ME?
The Original & Flex FingerWeights are NOT for brute strength! If you're visiting this page simply looking to increase your grip, then you'll want to check out Grip Master, or something comparable.
