Kawhi Leonard Blocks Jamal Murray with One Finger

Star Gives Rising Star the Finger!

People often write to us, and ask, "why weights for the fingers?"

Well, FingerWeights, as both a product and company, have stood by the effectiveness of progressive resistance training, and the fine tuning of the smaller muscles in the fingers and hands to improve endurance, speed, dexterity, flexibility and yes, STRENGTH, for over a decade. Since it's inception, FWG has touted the importance of finger and hand health as something that should be taken seriously by Amateurs and Professionals who rely on their fingers and hands for their respective activities...yes, sometimes that was in the face of adversity, or some of the nations "top brass," calling the idea "stupid," or "niche."

Then, Game 3 of the Western Conference finals, between the Los Angeles Clippers and Denver Nuggets, took place...A good game by any measure, (the ball being played in the "Bubble" is as good as the NBA has been in quite some time), and one that came down to the final moments, as most good games do. As Jamal Murray went up to absolutely posterize Kawhi Leonard, Kawhi (First Team NBA and First Team Defense) leapt up and blocked Murray, a rapidly rising young star, with nothing more than his middle finger. Near impossible to see in real time, "upon further review" it was confirmed that the only thing standing in the way of Kawhi being on Jamal's 2021 Posters, was nothing more than his middle finger...an exclamation point on a great play! So, the next time you hear someone say, "weights for the fingers, that's silly," you'll know the only part that's "silly," is the statement itself.
